"Crazy Sheila" at 5" is priced like this: $5 (inches x $1)
x 11 (number of letters) = $55.00.
Letter width varies by font, but generally speaking allow the same horizontal
spacing as the height you specify. That is, consider a 5" tall letter
is going to take up 5" of width, including letter spacing.
