We can send our proposals and sketches to you via fax,
email or traditional mail.
When
we send files electronically via email attachments,
we have only one small requirement - that you have the
proper free viewing software on your computer in order
to read our files. We use Adobe Acrobat as our standard
viewing software. This software is ideal for this type
of electonic distribution. These files and then be view
on screen at high resolution, or printed at the resolution
of your printer - regardless of resolution or if it
is a b&w printer or a color printer.
We
send all files in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) Format
We send all files to our clients in Adobe Acrobat file
format. These files contain the suffix ".pdf" this
stands for protable document format, aka Adobe Acrobat
file.
If
you do not have this free software, you can go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
Download
and install the Acrobat Reader software, then open the
proposal or sketch files we send you. This online distribution
of both proposals and sketches is just one more way
